Only under certain circumstances will I take Items back.
1. If I send you the wrong Item, email me then return the package to me within 5 days with invoice and all original packing, and I will gladly refund you all costs or send you what you ordered with no additional costs refunding the difference you paid to send the wrong one back to me.
2. Description Wrong. This most likely will not happen, but if it does the same will apply as # 1 above. I take my pictures using the high quality picture setting so the colors look good, I will not refund due to slight color difference.
3. Excuses will not qualify for returns examples are as follows: didn't like, husband said no, changed mind. So please be sure you want the Item first. You can email me if you need additional pictures to make a decision.

WHERE AND HOW DO YOU SHIP?
For now I'm only shipping in the US.
Most of my Items will tell how they will be shipped in the description, but again it will be Parcel Post, First Class Mail, or Priority Shipping.

No, I have spent many years selling at craft shows and street festivals.
Because we are new to online selling for a limited time we are offering reduced shipping so you can get to know us and the quality of our items.
The prices shown are exactly what I get anywhere I sell them.
I call the loss I take advertising.
It will eventually have to get changed to the proper shipping costs, so take advantage while you can!

99% No, Sorry but my shipping is so low now and I know what fits in what box so It would be a great loss and put me out of business to further discount shipping. Sometimes there might be the chance depending on what is purchased at that time I will email you to let you know.

WHAT KIND OF PAYMENTS DO YOU TAKE?
For now, I have Google checkout and PayPal checkout.
You don't have to have an account with PayPal to use it BUT you do with Google.
If you need another way to pay, please email me to see what we can work out.

You can have your items shipped any way you want. I try to ship the most economical way but also keep in mind the time frame for you to receive it.
If you wish to ship a different method additional charges may apply. You are welcome to email me about this option.

WHAT ABOUT HOLIDAYS AND SHIPPING?
My shipping will not change, if it states 2-9 days, please keep in mind the time frame of your order. I will ship any way you wish for an added charge, please email me for information.
I ship 6 days a week. I can not be responsible for the post offices being late; I follow the delivery times they posted on their site for they way I ship.
